Our vision here at Iconic Comic Expo is to create an exciting and safe environment for attendees of all ages. In order to maintain a family-friendly environment, we established the guidelines below for general exhibitor setup, display and breakdown. Failure to comply can result in being asked to remove items, change setup and/or display and/or ejection from the venue.

Although we strive to be as detailed as possible, this list is not all-inclusive. Iconic Comic Expo reserves the right to determine whether or not your booth setup is appropriate. We strongly suggest you to contact us via email if you have any specific questions.

Exhibitor Booth Registration is Now Open!

EXHIBITOR BOOTHS   

Inline Booth 10x10 - One Sided (10') Display        $150.00 

Vendor Standard Inline 10' x 10' Booth. Booth Space Consists of One 10' x 10' Booth Space, positioned in-line with other booths. One 10'

side will be open for display. Three 10' sides will be boarding neighbor booths or walls. No Tables, Chairs or Table Clothes will be provided.

Vendor Standard Inline 10' x 10' Booth. Booth Space Consists of One 10' x 10' Booth Space, positioned in-line with other booths. Two 10'

sides will be open for display. Two 10' sides will be boarding neighbor booths. No Tables, Chairs or Table Clothes will be provided.

Corner Booth 10x10 - Two Sided (20') Display      $225.00 

Vendor Standard Corner 10' x 10' Booth. Booth Space Consists of One 10' x 10' Corner Booth Space, positioned in-line with other booths.

Two 10' sides will be open for display. Two 10' sides will be boarding neighbor booths. No Tables, Chairs or Table Clothes will be provided.

Corner Booth 10x10 - Three Sided (30') Display   $250.00

Vendor Standard Corner 10' x 10' Booth. Booth Space Consists of One 10' x 10' Corner Booth Space, positioned in-line with other booths.

Three 10' sides will be open for display. One 10' side will be boarding a neighbor booth. No Tables, Chairs or Table Clothes will be provided.

Island Booth 10x10 - Four Sided (40') Display      $275.00

Vendor Standard Island 10' x 10' Booth. Booth Space Consists of One 10' x 10' Island Booth Space, positioned without touching any other

booths. All four 10' sides will be open for display. No Tables, Chairs or Table Clothes will be provided.

CONVENTION PARKING

Parking at Iconic Comic Expo is free for all attendees and exhibitors. All parking is on a first come, first serve basis.

 

CONVENTION WIFI

The Venue will not be providing Internet or WiFi service. Please make alternative plans.

 

ELECTRICITY

Electricity will be available for Exhibitor use at Iconic Comic Expo. Any Exhibitors who fail to request electricity while purchasing space will NOT have it made available to them day of. A one time fee of $20.00 allows access to one outlet for the length of the entire convention.

Please Note: Exhibitor must come prepared with their own 100’+ Commercial Extension Cord, any surge protectors or power-strips needed and adequate duct tape to secure the cord to the floor of the venue. The $20.00 Fee includes access to one (1) 20amp circuit only. Neither ICE nor Venue will be renting out or have available cords or power strips for Exhibitors.

EXHIBITOR PASSES

Iconic Comic Expo is open to the public and requires no admittance fee. Thus Exhibitor Passes are not required. However, Artist Booths are restricted to no more than two people behind the booth at any given time.

 

LOAD IN & SET UP

Exhibitors will have access to the Venue to load in and set up during the following times:

 

Saturday, October 19, 2019 – From 5:30am to 9:00am

(Exhibitor Access through Pedestrian Doors Only. No vehicles allowed inside building.)

 

Exhibitor will also have early access to the Venue on

Sunday, October 20, 2019 – From 10:00am to 12:00pm

(Exhibitor Access through Pedestrian Doors Only. No vehicles allowed inside building.)

 

 

LOAD OUT & BREAK DOWN

Exhibitors will have access to the Venue to load out and break down during the following times:

Sunday, October 20, 2019 – From 6:00pm to 10:00pm

(Exhibitor Access through Pedestrian Doors Only. No vehicles allowed inside building.)

PLEASE NOTE: The load in and set up times above are for the convenience of the Exhibitors. All Exhibitors must be in place one hour before the Exhibit Floor opens to the public.

All Exhibitors will be required to check in at Exhibitor Check-in PRIOR to setup. Exhibitors will be given their Credentials at time of check-in. You will be required to either print out space confirmation from GrowTix or have it available on a smart device for the registration staff. Alternatively, you can bring a photo ID tied to the person who booked the exhibitor booth.

If the exhibit area is not claimed by 9:00AM on October 19th, the exhibit space will be considered abandoned. It will be considered available for purchase and setup by another Exhibitor. Refunds will only be given at the discretion of Iconic Comic Expo. Please see the section on our cancellation policy for details.

Iconic Comic Expo reserves the right to remove any material left behind and place it in storage at the Exhibitor’s expense or dispose of items left as abandoned. All Exhibitors are responsible for providing their own labor and staffing. Iconic Comic Expo volunteers and/or hospitality staff are not available to help with Load In/Load Out or the setup of any merchandise in any way, nor will the Venue staff be available. The Load In/Load Out of exhibits must be through designated main lobbies, side doors, escalators and passenger elevators and must be used according to their requirements and limitations for such purposes.

TABLES/ TABLE CLOTHES/ PIPE & DRAPE

Tables will NOT be provided. All Exhibitors must provide their own 4’ – 10’ table (depending on booth space purchased). Please bring your own table(s).

Pipe & Drape will only be provided in limited areas.

​

Table Clothes and Table Skirts will NOT be provided. All tables MUST be covered, please bring your own table clothes.
